Easter Sunday airport workers strike

Any local news about the proposed ground handlers going on strike on 21 st April.  I understand they have to provide a minimum standard but not sure what this really means . Am flying easyjet from Newcastle but as expected did not get a straight answer, from easyjet other than to check the flight tracker on their web site
