Novadesta sorted ours when we sold the house Bob, it’s a far bigger document and job than we are accustomed to in the UK, it ran to about 20 pages, with the result that the performance was naff, as you would predict!!
I paid €150 for it, several folk told me I’d overpaid as they’d heard “in the bars” that you could get it done for about €60.
It’s not an electrician that does it, I’m sure the guy who came and did ours was an architect.
Any of the estate agents will have the contact details of folk who do it as will the rental agencies....the information office in MASA Square will most likely be able to help
