No phone or internet!!!....again...

Very slow at times -down to 3 Mbps with cable!

Apparently they have updated their system to much better equipment, which in the long run will make their service much better. However, summer was clearly NOT the time to do this! The new system is causing glitches with many users it seems, so best to report it to them, rather than just hope that it will return on it's own.

Hi All
we moved our supplier a couple of months ago to TeleCable just up past Bar Sioux/ Quicksave ( Andrew), slightly more expensive, but they will move on deal, UPTILL now not had a problem, we gave up on the promises of soon be better and the terrible attitude of staff in Gran nett office, hope the new team taking over are an improvement for all how have been loyal to Mr Rieley and Sydney
