I switched from electric to gas boiler,and found it more economical. Also it gives you instant hot water.

Any idea what the average fitting charge for an electric water heater is. The large DIY stores seem to have special offers on the heaters on a regular basis but is a supply and fit by a local tradesman that much more expensive

i forgot to add I bought my gas boiler from Euronics who also installed it. I would highly recommend them they have never let me down.

it's an electric boiler, the masa one lasted 10 years, which is above average
