We have a place in Gran Alacant and also own a beautiful Hot Tub / Spa. It is a 5 seater and includes a relaxing lounger.
Because we don't live here full time we really don't get the usage from it and we can't maintain it when we aren't here. So sadly we are putting up for offers - Any reasonable offer considered.

Last year we replaced the top cover at a cost of £650 and we also replaced the headrests recently at a cost of £200. So it is in very good condition. However it does have 2 minor faults:
(1) The seal around the filter housing needs resealing
(2) The Hot Tub comes with a Kenwood Hi-Fi system - a car radio/CD player essentially (Brand New). This runs off a 12 volt transformer which needs replacing.
Both these jobs are relatively easy and low cost if you've got the time to do it. In any event the Hot-Tub runs beautifully with jets, whirlpools, lights etc all fully operational.
It's a shame but as we aren't around all the time we really don't get to use it - So it would probably suit somebody who live here full time. It cost around 10,00O Euros new. We are very open to offers.
Here's the catch:
The Hot Tub / Spa is in position on our roof terrace - So anybody who wanted it would need to employ a mobile crane or an industrial to remove it in its complete form. I'd guess a few hundred Euros. But still a bargain!
This is a genuine offer. If you ever wanted a Hot Tub (and they are nice) here is one going begging.
