A friend of ours recently had his apartment (Sueno Azul 25 years old) electric upgraded by Gary, they do not live here but made an apportionment for when they were here, and where impressed by his work and attitude, done on his first visit, he was not the cheapest by a mile but all is legal and certified

I also used Gary, excellent job and all the necessary changes to contract with Iberdarola sorted without problems, no more tripping of the smart meter

We also used Gary earlier late last year and I would endorse all the above comments.

He spent about 1.5 hours doing the internal works and it took about another four weeks to obtain and return with the Iberdrola contract.

The only problem we have now, and it's nothing to do with Gary, is that Iberdrola are not quite joined up internally and are still billing us for the old 3.5kw supply so we intend to go to the shop in Santa Pola to sort that out.

We used Gary to upgrade ours, he is fully licensed which you have to be to legally undertake the work. He needs a copy of your NIE and recent electricity bill which he has to present to authorities, cost is about 250 euros which mostly is cost of paperwork fees and then Iberdola charge something like 100 euros to flick the switch.
