Great news!

Following his decision to sell his business earlier this month, Erik has now confirmed that he will NOT be selling and will be continuing with his highly successful business with the aid of his son!

I have just phoned Eric as I have a small aircon problem and he told me that he has in fact ceased to work due to health reasons so is unable to assist.

Very unfortunate, a really good guy in every way.

That's a pity.  Eric has always provided a good service.  We have a recent problem with our a/c.  We had a new unit fitted a couple of months ago, but last week water began to pour from the inside unit.  It seems the drain is blocked. Has anyone else experienced this problem? We don't want to run a drain on the lounge wall to the outside.  The existing drain is in the wall.  Does anyone know of someone who might be able to use a flexible rod or cleaner to unlock it?

We have just had a new aircon unit fitted by ClimaZone who were recommended on thi site a few months ago. We emailed from U.K. And he gave a quote within a few hours for 2 different brands, we chose one and arranged a date and they turned up on time, fitted unit, took all rubbish away and cleaned up any mess.
