Can anyone recommend a good, competent, reasonably priced and English speaking architect who can advise on a small extension onto a balcony and a main room extension onto a terrace and subsequently submit plans to SP council for a building license.

We have seen Jorge Garcia the SP town architect today and understand the special conditions required but now want to move things on.

We cannot speak too highly of Jorge who was extremely helpful and explained things very well and would advise anyone considering the same to go and see him before starting out as there can be many pitfalls especially with the proposed retrospective clamp down on builds without the correct license.

Yes try Manuel on manuelnavarrobrotons@hotmail.es he is a fully qualified architect who deals with Santa Pola Town Hall all the time.

His English is reasonable if you keep it simple  8)
