Houses on some complexes are 2 bedrooms  i.e. for 4 people, it

Underbids have been added to make them up to ten people

Ten people using water and waste and pools etc must strain the urbanisations

Show converted underbuild houses pay more?

Every property on our URB pays the same maintenance costs no matter how many bedrooms and coincidentally a number of properties have an underbuild as part of the design (Aurura's), and they pay the same as an apartment.

However their SUMA should be higher as it is based on floor area. If the underbuild hasn't been declared/ licenced the council will come after you for back tax when you sell.

Alberadas that were built with 2 up and 2 down and 2 bathrooms, now house 10-11 -12 people at a time

Surely not what they were designed for

Many more people and of course much more noise from them all

Glad John you agree with my "this is Spain" sentiment John.

We can tolerate most things out here and are glad we had the balls to make the move 14 years ago.

Many complain about the heat that is here now. But we are here for the sun and love to be on the beach and in the sea most days.

Bliss

The Spanish people have asked me to speak for them Barry, so on their behalf, I thank you for your tolerating them and their country.

Yes, we do everything we are told and live by their rules. Unlike the uk.
