I have read various comments about Gran Alacant to, looked up website and it has no links, tried to email and address not valid, bit worrying that to and Internet service provider got such a shocking website, how do you email/contact them?

Have to agree the website does leave a lot to desire. I have never had an issue with emailing them or calling 966695929. You could also just pop in to office its up the top near cocoas restaurant

I agree - I have used them for the past few years and they are very efficient. The rare occasion I have had a problem their tech guys turn up very quickly.
