Title: Water pressure

Hi has anyone had any issues with water pressure on Alltoma 11, it’s an upstairs property and downstairs pressure is ok.
Any suggestions please

had a note from Mediafinc earlier to say there would be water supply cuts today to locate leaks.

Which part of Alltoma 11 is that in?, are they saying that’s to do with the pressure??
