Why is it ALWAYS the b##### French air traffic controllers?
As Europeans, don't they habitually infringe/impinge on our freedoms?
Can common sense not take them out of the loop, or are they even more powerful than the b##### French farming lobby? (Every Citroen/Renault worker who keeps a chicken & thus benefits from an EU agricultural subsidy)

Perhaps we need another Agincourt moment to teach then some respect. ;)

After yesterday's huge disruptions, things don't look so bad today at Alicante airport.
(I'm anxious cos the wife flies over tomorrow DV)

Yes about time these miserable bxxxxxxx need firmly putting down they have held the rest of us at ransom for to long from what I can see their terms and conditions are pretty good compared to the average worker and they are exploiting it again ,!!!
Me thinks it's time for one of those EU rules we love so much making it illegal for them to go on strike and about time they had a really good shake up in their department
Looks like 2 more days of misery next week

I seem to remember that when Air Traffic Controllers went on strike in Spain a few years ago the military intervened by using their own personnel and made the strike ineffective. Perhaps the French should do likewise.
