Also welcome. GA could do with a good general builder, my experience of some of the current expat trades that ply there business in the area leaves a lot to be desired. Thinking about it most of the others that have come and gone weren't that good either. I can count on one hand the few that actually turned up, and did a good value for money job. The rest were and some still are cowboys.
