We rented a car from Record recently and noticed an extra charge of 87 euros passed to credit card even though paperwork was stamped by them as no damage! Queried with Record but still waiting a response after 2 weeks, anyway rang credit card company last week and they have reversed debit and are taking up with Record.

Never had any problems with them before so a bit concerning.

Non regular users are easy pray for this con . My advise never leave airport without checking car take photos of it from all angles on return insist they check it and sign papers to show no damage etc I've seen way to many people just hand in the keys and trusting that there will not be a charge
