As i keep saying believe nothing, many people have a vested interest !
That said though i do recall having an argument with grannet installers earlier this year who i found messing in my electrical cupboard on the street, the bufoon was yanking at various cables and hollering to another bufoon down the street, apparently using my cupboard to cable through to the next street, with the aid of my trusty spanish neighbour who shares the cupboard the pair were told to go away and not come back, at least thats what he said he told them.
