Anyway stats are attached. I have expanded a bit to get more of the region in

Bottom line - flat (as in terms of improvement) but better than most urban cities in the UK

Overall trend is moving down across Europe (as you would expect with the measures taken)

Local areas are "OK" but pretty flat
