When posting links to Youtube videos etc. just enter the url into your post e.g. htps://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=player_embedded&v=XXXXXXXXXX and the link will auto-embed the actual video player into the post and not just a link to it. This will happen to all video and audio links made to Youtube, Vimeo, Twitvid, Yahoo, Facebook Video, MySpace, Google Video and about 90 other such sites too numerous to mention.
