Hi Victor at that time we just put ourselves in an estate agents hands and did not know how things worked. I am glad to say things worked out better when we sold and bought our next property

Gordon your not alone we nearly completed on a villa in murcia where half was paid through the bank the other half in an envelope, fortunately the solicitor we used who was not connected in any way to the spanish legal system spotted the villa was an illegal build on the plot size.As with everything in spain you live and learn

Photos of the latest build progress on the new Lidl below, taken on 4th January. Also a photo of the new premises for the Optician which is finished and now open for business (opposite the Mercadona entrance).
