Hi there, You might have noticed that there now is a requirement to register Your property, if You are using it for rentals. As to where, I quote: "to register their property in the Registro de Empresas, Establecimientos y Profesiones Turísticas (Register for tourist businesses, establishments and professionals.)"
Problem for me is to do it "long distance" - as I am not in GA for a while. Anyone here knows of anyone who can do this for me? I did write a couple of lawyers, but no response. (I think they are so unused to people going legal about this, that they don`t know how to handle such a request...!)
As far as I have read, it is just a matter of going to one of several mentioned offices - or a post office - and filling a form of some sort...but not sure of the details.
Anyone can help?
