There arnt many tapas bars were you won't see a ensaladilla rusa on the counter Tony, it's been that way for the 40+ years that I've been tucking into it, imho it is traditional Spanish........as for the brownie and ice cream......

Never had a bad meal yet at Cafe Glaris and the guys that run it are very welcoming and friendly :) :)
