Money Transfer
« on: October 13, 2022, 09:28. »
Morning.  We are in the process of buying a property. Does anyone have any good recommendations for transferring larger sums of £ to € ?  We have been recommended Corpay and am looking into Currencies Direct. Have a Wise a/c but think their fees are high for larger transactions.  Any recommendations would be appreciated

I use Currencyfair for my top-ups and also used them for my initial 200K+ purchase.

As with all transfers do a small one first to make sure it ends up in the right place before sending thousands.

We used currency’s direct when we purchased our house and car. No issues with them.

Just to repeat for everyone

'As with all transfers do a small one first to make sure it ends up in the right place before sending thousands.'

I came within a gnat's whisker of losing £3K after a scammer intercepted a money transfer trail.
