from the days of Gran Net to todays owners AVATEL I have had them as my ISP
Untill to day. In my experiance Avertel must have or should have the worst customer Service attitude of any of the Local ISPs
3 weeks with out home phone or Internet, and all I got was excuse after excuse,
The Crunch came when a Chap at there Service desk, said after I complained again about lake of service was his replie If you dont like it you can change Supplier
What a attitude.
I have taken his advice and changed over to TELECABLE.
WHAT A DIFFERANCE the staff there could not have been more Helpfull and Polite
So my Advice to any one looking for a internet supplier Be it Full Time or only when your out here on Holiday
Think twice who you decide to go with
I personaly recommend Telecable
