Is there a Chinese supermarket in the area?
I want to be able to get large bottles of soy sauce, bean sauces etc.

For large bottles (up to very large), and everything else you could require, there is a "proper" Chinese supermarket in Alicante, very close to Cash Converters. Super cheap, and incredibly well stocked.

Many thanks,
I'll remember to wear my mask in the aisle.

There is also a predominantly Indian cash and carry (but open to anyone) that also sells Thai, Japanese and Chinese ingredients https://www.facebook.com/STARCASHANDCARRYSL/
