Altomar 2 extraordinary general meeting, 1 December

An extraordinary general meeting has been called for 1 December at 10.00 am in the Santara Resort, Gran Alacant.

The Agenda
1.   Information regarding urbanisation sewer maintenance
2.  Presentation of estimates and agreements about the hiring of portaloos for the pool areas
3.  In the case of agreement to go ahead with portaloos, proposals will be needed to increase the services
      of the pools access co troller company
4.  Audit of accounts
5.  Proposals to paint the pool walls and common keepers huts to be financed with common funds and
      without extraordinary fee

 Very briefy, because of course Gestifinc will email and post full details,
1. The project of maintenance and repairs to the sewer pipes, and or leaks, was explained and decided to be continued.
2. The proposal for a trial of the portaloos in the pool areas was passed and portaloos on a trial basis for this year will be installed for the busiest months of July and August.
3.  The proposal for an external audit was looked at and discussed and as they are looked at internally and all is deemed to be running efficiently, an external audit was not needed.
4.  The painting of the pool walls and pump houses was passed
