Have to refill our pool in the next few days following complete retiling.
Turn on the tap or containers. Most economic way please?

I would hazard a guess that the hose is cheaper than a tanker, drivers wages, fuel etc.

We used the hose pipe to fill our pool after we grouted it. Tankers are €95. Have been told by numerous people the cheapest way is to just turn on the tap. Our pool was filled in less than a day.

Most economic way would be fill it full of top soil and stop wasting an ever reducing narural resource, the cost to your pocket is far outweighed by the environmental impact of taking water out of a struggling water system. Im surprised that there's not a hefty levy on pool water. My opinion of course.

We pay extra every month,12 months of the year on top of our water bill for the pool. So we do pay a so called levy.

I agree, just think of how much beer could be made from a pool full of water.
