I’ve been gobsmacked this week at The affection of the farewells from our Spanish neighbours
Neighbours who sold up two years ago have come back to wish us farewell
One neighbour who works for the Spanish Airforce in Germany even made a special trip down last weekend to see us.
One neighbour brought a card and some flowers round, they wrote;

John, I hope you never forget Spain in general and Alicante in particular. You are aware that  Spaniards are crazy, noisy and a little lazy, but they open their hearts to foreigners. I wish you the best for you and for June, and with the hope of meeting you again one day xx

We will never forget, it’s been a blast
We’ve had some great times and made some friends for life.

May I wish good health, happiness and laughter to all of you and thank you for being part of the journey

Lovely john all the best to you and your lady wife . Thank you for all the help and guidance you have given over the years both on this forum and it predecessors .

Whilst we miss GA, we don't regret selling. Currently on the final part of a three week meander around Brittany in our motorhome. It's nice to have some variation from the same old destination.
