Altomar 11 Community Fees

We have just received notification from the administrators to say that they are taking our community fees as of 1st April but once again they are taking an extra 60 euros. I know we paid extra last year to pay for the community properties to be painted but I thought that was just for last year and that the amount would revert back to a similar amount as before. This was discussed in an earlier thread in some depth but have I misunderstood once again!!
