Any idea what these are for

Went to the sky walk yesterday and see these hanging on the trees, anyone have any idea what they are.

They are for catching the Moths which turn into the procession caterpillars in January/Febuary, last year they were a total success never saw any on the campo paths between GA and the top of Santa Pola.

They are in the Clot as well, I thought they were a kind of insect trap as well; but it's nice to know what they are for exactly.
