I'm not going to speculate how serious it was/is but we were going for a drink at the Vale bar next to Ale-Hop overlooking the beach. We had to divert the car as the Guardia were making all traffic go down towards the Windsurf club.
2 ambulances and and half a dozen Polica Local and Guardia vehicles. Beach was taped off holding all the people back from the water side - for about 2 hours.
Probably something will come up in EL Pais or the courier over the weekend
