Driving licence

Just been to the office in Elche to change my driving for a Spanish one, was told that I needed a medical. I thought you only had to have a medical at 70 years of age. Could anyone please advise.

The Law changed a couple of years ago 45years or over now for a medical.

Your supposed to change to a Spanish one if you are a resident
