Glorious down there today, plenty of people on the beach, no beds out surprisingly
Still, we always take our own, saved a small fortune over the years and  it buys the beers

OMG that photo is killing me. We're not out there till May.
We're going to Prague on Friday but the weather is awful. We should've gone to Gran Alacant!
Next Easter we will.

Cheers
Davy !!!

Pics like that make me miss the place even more. Not been over since Feb and feels like months. Got another couple of weeks to wait.

No, it was down at The King of Sardines.....just before you get to Arenalas
Awful sight further up the beach in the shallow water on the rocks.....a dead tuna, about 5ft long, looks like it only been dead for a short while.....the crabs will be having a feast

The "King" is a great beach bar - was doing a couple of sardines each per round of drinks as Tapa last summer - like it there. Must be the first one to open this season

It's always been my favourite Rich, the slightly elevated position gives you a better view to people watch

Follow the coast rd to santa pola past the Carlotti apartments -before you get the main part of the town. There are some apartments and a restaurant (with parking) called The Varadero Restaurant. El Ancla is on the beach to the right. It has a car park beside it. Always very busy.

They've cut it fine Peter, the beds are going out this morning.
Very busy down there this morning, it's like August.
I've just walked from the far end of Arenalas back home and every parking space was taken until you get to The Clot entrance
