Didn't Asun send you an email telling you they were stopping supporting the system?
She told me in November that they would be stopping supporting the system, I then received an email from her in December informing me that it was being terminated as of 31st December.

When we went out last month I just asked Asun to turn the phone and Internet on and up the Internet to 10Mbs.
I didn't try it, I unplugged "their kit" and connected the Kodi box which in all honesty is a far superior offer than the ever diminishing list of channels the micro dish gave us
