Slightly confused, we are taking over a property from a friends mother who died few years ago, house has stood for 10 years, electricity all on and running, but solicitors are having troubles with the water board because of our address, do you have to put what phase you are in ? what are other peoples address's consist off, thanks in advance

I think you are moving onto our urb which is Monte Y Mar 3.2G and your specific plot number is up top of the stairs below the arch.

The address on our water bill is not the house number (312) but the original plot number (65).
Our original plot number is marked on the meter.
If your friends  can find an original bill,it may reflect my scenario.

would you be able to private message me the address you have on the water bill, or in general as they only have documentation of the plot number no water contracts etc,

7: This is the part of the road the property is on.
00-01 :This is the phase e.g. Monte Y Mar 1 or Altomar 1
