Brits are being put off buying property in Spain

haha big deal! We are not the main market! Dutch are buying big, as are the Scandinavians, Russians and Chinese, and of course.... drum roll.... Spanish people. Half of GA is Madrid!. Fancy thinking building in Spain operates around English people!

I saw a report that with the 90 day rule Brits are being put off buying property in Spain so if the rule isn't lifted we may see a reduction in new houses being built.

Yes I went up there a couple of weeks ago there are loads and down  the road the pharmacy is in . Hopefully the facilities will come with them , the Spanish in my experience seem better at providing them than they do in the UK ,here it seems builders promise the earth to get planning and then spend the next few years trying to wriggle out of them .

I had a drive up to El Faro last week and was amazed to see the amount of new houses being built. Have we the infrastructure to support all these extra people?

When I was there a week ago I noticed that there was a different name on the restaurant where the Dragon used to be. The Dragon was one of the first restaurants we went to after we bought in 2001 but stopped going when they started charging 8 euros for a bottle of house wine while all the other restaurants were charging 4 euros. They made exceeding good pizzas.

The Chinese buffet was closed last week ,the Gran Mundo was the only Chinese open.
