..........some gorgeous places up and down our Costa

El Campello for a chocolate from Valor and a stroll this morning.

We love Campello, have friends with an apartment right on the front.  A nice larios and tonica lite in Rebeccas

  Never heard of Campello can you give the directions please how long did it you to get there

Go past airport following signs to Valencia on the AP7, after about 15 mins you will go through a tunnel. The first exit after the tunnel is El Campello. It will be sign posted.  Lots of beach front bars and very Spanish.   Do you agree with my directions John ?

We also like a walk at San Juan..........on the coast twixt Alicante and Campello

Thank you Puddy-Woo we came back the other day through a tunnel
on the way back from Villa josa  don't know how because it wasn't
the way went so must have driven past it will try next time

The chocolate factory is at Villajoisa, & is open to the public (or was).

When coming back from villajiosa, you can stay on the N332 by coming off the slip road for the petrol station sign posted for El Campello. This way you actually drive through El Campello & you don't need to go near the motorway. I always go this way even when driving to Benidorm as I find the motorway very boring & has John said you can stop off at San Juan as well for a coffee or a nice walk.

It's also free. I rarely use the AP7 when heading Benidorm way but then I am a cheapskate. ;)
