Title: Grannet TV lost uk channels

Has anyone else had trouble with the Granet tv? I now know they are Flexi cable .I have been here for 3 days now and the UK channels are gone ( it wotked fine in May ).I have reported it to them and they said will contact me asap. Is there a quick fix or do they provide a new box ? Any advice would be appreciated.

Just wondering if you have access to UK Channels through Grannet / Flexicable yet? (has anyone else lost TV channels with Flexicable?)
