Hi me and my wife jacky bought here 2 years ago we have known a lovely lady in her 70s who has been here the same amount of time she has rented a house behind mollies in lower alicant and the owner wants to sell up.
does anyone know of a place for long term rent 1 or 2 bed nearby

As this is a public forum I am limited to what I can say but if this lady is who I think she is and any landlord is considering this rental - don't.
