Either down the hill or up, but preferably up. To park small car safely

Carabassi Casas normally have a few for sale on the Novamar phases, prices tend to be around the €5,000 mark, on top of this there is a small service charge.

Thanks John. I'd rather buy a garage or rent parking until I find a garage. Do you know how much service charges are?

Hi, it'll vary from community to community, for a parking space and large lock up store room we pay €104 a year, it's kept spotlessly  clean, is well lit and secure
