Wow another one bites the dust €17000 doesn't seem much for all that effort getting it up and running I suspect it will sell quick as the rent looks cheap as well

It is a very fair price and it's certainly a good size I enjoyed giving them a bit of trade before a walk up to Cocoas or the curry house next door
