Title: supermarkets open on sundays

Arriving in GA late Sat night, can anyone tell me what if any supermarkets are open on Sunday morning

QuickSave are open every day except Christmas Day (on Avda. Escandinavia just below the market).
There is a '24-hour' shop  next to BBVA bank (opposite the library complex) OK for bread, milk and such.

If no "local" ones are open the Carrefour Express, reasonable selection, on the esplanade in Alicante is open Sunday's

The mini-market shop at Carabassi centre is open Sundays 8-2 selling all essentials.

In reply to Victor, none of the big supermarkets are permitted to open on Sundays outside of the tourist season.  The restriction is related to the size of the store  and was designed to protect workers´family time.

The Repsol garage also stocks some essentials (at a price).

As already mentioned, the unide at the life resort is definitely open, also quicksave, also the little shop on the front 24 horas shop, next to bbva bank is open on a sunday, not 24 hours bur she is open even on a Sunday. These are all up the top though so depending on where you are either handy or a decent walk.
