I think its been discussed before but i cannot find the thread
The wife would like to have a go at cooking the dried fish from the market
any good recipes on how to cook it please and is it worth the effort

A better bet is to buy fresh in Mercadona or from the freezer!!
That dried stuff is very salty and from one sample full of bones.....which for me is game over, in the bin it goes

The salt cod is good leave soaking overnight and then wash it and treat as ordinary fish it's a stronger taste I think the bones issue is the same with any fish pot luck
