Can anyone recommend a painter only want some high level painting outside done.

We had a guy called phill who painted our stairwell was happy with his work, he is English and his watts app number is +34 693997774

Thanks everyone. Will check the number, given as we did contact a Phil to come and quote for the works but got messed around.
