I see on FB that "The Pub and its neighbor "Oasis" is on the market.

€170,000 for the goodwill, fixtures, and fittings of the Pub - plus €1,200 pm rent

€75,000 for the goodwill, fixtures, and fittings for the Oasis and €750pm rent

Isn't the 'neighbour' James's restaurant? I thought they were related? Oasis closed ages ago! Old advert?
