Started this to avoid accusations of thread drift.
It's rather obvious - A case of damned if you do, & damned if you don't when it comes to moderation.
There's no need to be confrontational or belligerent when posting.
Before clicking. "post" just read your reply & ask yourself if what you've written is:-
1. Valid
2. Offensive
3.: Objective
4. Of value
This forum is IMHO, extremely helpful & informative - let's not lose sight of that - & whilst it's very easy to criticize anything, bear in mind that criticism can be both CONstructive & equally DEstructive

When Les asked me to come onboard as an administrator the first thing I did was pen the attached and agree it with the other administrators.
It’s thought it might be a timely reminder to share it.
