Password change message

I have received a password change notice, i am not aware of having requested a password change and don’t want to change it, do I just ignore it?
It also came to an email address that I no longer use and can’t reply on as for some reason it will not let me reply to anything that comes in despite calling the company many times in the past and having them reset, talk me through things to get it working, it doesnt work so I use a different one now.

Maybe I should have said the password change message was from this forum, I just need to know if I can safely ignore it and carry on as normal as I am a complete technophobe, I dont need to change my password.

The messages you are receiving are not coming from our Forum, you are probably being scammed, do not click on any links in any of the messages, just delete the emails you are getting and ignore them.
