Just seen some building work going on at the old L'Espigo (down from Maxcoop). So maybe some new blood to the area?

It's  been going on for a couple of weeks at least now Mike,no one seems to know who or what is planned for it.

Your dead on Spurs - I walked past over the weekend.

Tiles, paving and sundries.

Heaven knows where people will park to deliver and pick up ........

They are going to have to sell a lot of tiles to pay Masa's rent !
