Mayka’s Kitchen, Carabassi Bars

Went here one night last week. Very, very busy which was a good sign.

Service was excellent and Mayka explained to us how the dishes we showed interest in originated and how she has put her touch into Galician recipes.

The food was really delicious and plentiful.

Will definitely go back and maybe try the tapas menu next time.

We have been twice when last over in September. Gorgeous food and a lovely woman who is full of the joys of food and wanting to share her ideas. Was hoping to get back over this year but alas not. She is married to a Scouser like me !! God knows how we cope.
