Parking in Santa Pola
« on: August 08, 2017, 16:26. »
We are hoping to go into Santa Pola on the evening of Sunday 3rd September to watch the Main Parade of the Moors and Christians and we are looking for the best place to park our hire car as obviously it is going to be extremely busy.  I have noticed in the past that cars have been parked on the area used for the Saturday and Monday market.  Is this an official parking place when the market is not on?

Unlike when the market is open as there's nowhere to park because they turned the parking into a plaza.

Personally, i wouldn't recommend the old market unless you are
going to stay till the very end, as they don`t  care where they
park and you could get stuck. I would go for a side street around Carrerfour
