Can anyone recommend a company on Gran Alacant which provides a conveyancing service for selling a holiday home to a private buyer please? I have sent the FAB office in Massa Square a message via their website and also left them a telephone message, but unfortunately no-one has come back to me.
Also, can anyone give me any idea as to what the cost is likely to work out to be please? I know there are extras to take into consideration, taxes, certificates etc, but I have no idea what the cost may be to represent us and complete all the legal paperwork.

I am looking to replace our original, now 18 year old air conditioning units with some more modern inverter types.
Climazone were my original installers and I though they were still trading so I was looking to get them back. Google searches revealed just an old facebook page and the web links doesnt seem to be working any longer.
Are they still in business does anyone know ?

Probably won’t be seen any time soon.
Heard on the grapevine that the normal driver has given up, and that the process for training a new driver ( assuming one is found ) is 3 months.
So could well be a train less summer.

Two low emission zones now up and running in Alicante, from 1st October 2023, one is Gran Via, the other is the city centre area. You must display an environmental sticker to drive in these zones, otherwise potentially 200 euro fine.
Not sure of exact parameters for the "city centre", trying to find out.

Encountered this issue 10 days ago. ITV had expired and needed sorting for us coming out on Saturday past, got it ok but car had to be taken to Murcia!
