Blinds for doors

Hi. Hope blinds is the correct word for them.
It's broken in the upper holding where the cord is attached (see image) so when you pull the cord nothing happens.
Anyone know someone that can help?

Thank you. Do you know if he have any ip-bound way of communicating (email whatsapp messenger). Mobile coverage where I'm at really sucks.

They don't last forever. I've replaced three myself. I bought the replacements from Le Roy Merlin
